Situated in two perfectly classic and stylish converted georgian townhouses either side of Bonham's Auctioneers, the apartments provide a classic Edinburgh base with all modern appointments. The upper apartments have fantastic views across Edinburgh's New Town to the firth of Forth. The Scottish Malt Whisky Society is a couple doors along the street where guests can savour some rare single malts.

THERE IS NO LIFT in the building so if you need assistance with luggage please make us aware beforehand. In addition, the building uses a keyless entry system so please ensure you have received your code from Destiny Scotland prior to arrival.

A stunning refurbishment of a Grade B listed former whisky bonded warehouse, situated in Edinburgh's bustling West End. The Malt House features a mix of 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom studio apartments, available for both short term and long term tourist or corporate lets.

A quiet, yet extremely convenient location provides the ideal home for both the business and leisure visitor. The Malt House is easily accessible from Haymarket train station and is less than a minute walk from the Airlink bus stop, providing very quick and easy connections to Edinburgh airport and the rail network.

There is a small supermarket just 2 minutes walk from the apartments plus a variety of great pubs and restaurants in the surrounding area. There are also numerous tourist attractions within walking distance, including Edinburgh Castle, the Usher Hall and Princess Street Gardens. George Street is a 5 minute walk away featuring leading shopping attractions, restaurants, bars and clubs. A popular farmers market also takes place locally every Saturday throughout the year allowing guests to enjoy a variety of fresh Scottish produce.

The interior features exposed cast iron columns and original wooden beams to create a very contemporary feel, while integrating the latest technology to allow for an extremely comfortable stay.

All apartments come equipped with free wifi broadband, flat screen TVs and i-pod docking stations. A state of the art keypad entry system allows 24-hour secure access and provides a seamless check-in/check-out process with no keys changing hands. Each modern, fully-equipped kitchen is provided with washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. The apartments also feature irons and ironing boards, hairdryers and safes for our guests convenience.

All apartments have king size beds, as well as sofa-beds in the lounge to allow for extra guest space.

All towels and bed linen are provided along with Starbucks Via instant coffee and Twinings tea

These apartments are located in the centre of Old Town in a brand new beautiful glass development with a lift. There is a Sainsbury's and Starbucks in the development. The apartments consist of brand new appliances and new furnishings. Perfect for corporate guests as well as leisure guests.

There is a double bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen.

The development is located beside the Meadows, which is a large park with a Sainsbury's grocery and Starbucks within the complex.

These apartments are newly renovated with 1 bedroom (zip link bed), spacious living room with sofa bed and large windows, kitchen, and storage cupboard. The properties feature all new decor and are an excellent property to use as a base to explore Edinburgh.

The apartments are located in New Town on a famous street between George Street and Princes Street. There is an abundance of unique and specialist shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs and more. May experience occasional noise over busy periods.

Check in is at 4pm and Check out is at 11am.
