Here at Destiny Scotland, we are doing our best to safeguard both the safety and health of our customers and staff. Due to the recent government decision to close all non-essential business and restrict travel, we are offering all guests with active bookings in this lockdown period change of dates to be redeemed within the next 12 months. If your arrival dates are not within the lockdown period, up to arrival on the 13th of April we are sticking to the booking policy until further advisement from the government. This applies to all bookings, direct and via all channels like booking.com, except for Expedia; please contact them directly to seek a redeemable Voucher.
For customers who still require an apartment in Edinburgh, we are still operating with. Please note our apartments offer a self-check in service, and so social distancing is possible to maintain. For customers seeking to self-isolate, it is imperative that you contact our office to declare your situation so that we can inform our housekeeping and maintenance staff.
We will be monitoring the situation and all government advice closely, and wish everyone the best of health in these trying times.
