As a visitor to Scotland, tenants want to make sure that their stay is comfortable and memorable for all the right reasons. Despite Scotland's historic past, we don't think some flat with no running water or electricity is an "authentic gem". We also don't want all our tenants to end up staying in our office so we work very hard to ensure every tenant gets the accommodation they desire.

• Any issues which are highlighted on the day of arrival by the tenant can be dealt with promptly and efficiently by Destiny Scotland staff.

• All deposits are held in a "flat account" and no money is transferred to either party until both are satisfied that the terms of the let have been met.
